Grace Andrews grew up in the mountains of southern Oregon surrounded by the love of her family. While raising her own family, she was voted Mother of the Year by her children and all 150 members of the drum and baton corps. Grace has lived all over Oregon and California, some states in the southeast, and Europe. One of one hundred world-wide students, she was accepted into the Maui School of Writers in 1997. A novelist, Grace is working on a five volume saga. Recently catching the poetry bug, she is an active participant in Laudably Tarnished. More of a thinker than a talker, writing gives Grace an avenue for the expressions of her inner self, allowing more freedom to explore thoughts and feelings. "Without this freedom," says Grace, "there is nothing."
